ABOUT ME
Passionate About Educating Others
Antoinette is a Speaker, Foodie, whole-foods Chef, certified Wellness Nutrition Coach, and Radio Host. This SC native is no stranger to excellent food.
As a child, she was always intrigued by the fundamentals of the human body. This led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Biology from Charleston Southern University. Even though she hailed from a family of well-rounded cooks, she faced the real-world post grad challenge of not knowing how to cook. Using faith to crush these obstacles, she unknowingly developed a blueprint for simple, healthy, fresh, feel-good cooking. The side effect of this blueprint was the loss of an excessive 50 pounds and eventually her book “After the Nest: The Culinary Edition”. She continues to use this approach to maintain her health and vitality. She went on to earn her Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Volunteering with the senior resources division at Meals on Wheels gives her a deep gratitude for people and food. Working in the corporate arena, she had the opportunity to teach the employment sector ways to implement their own wellness strategies, while maintaining demanding careers. This was the second way food saved her life. But her journey began long before that. The joy of food and learning how to cook saved her life as a child. Her mission is to use her story to reach the masses, empower them and spark unprecedented transformation in their lives.
